Non-Discrimination Policy
Participation in this camp is open to all, regardless of race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap.
Cabin Assignments
Campers will be assigned to cabins based on age (as of July).
Personal Belongings
Each camper will be provided a bunk and mattress. Campers must bring their own bedding and personal items. Be sure to pack for both warm and cold weather.
Camp is not responsible for lost items, but a lost and found center will be available.
Dress Code
Boys:

- Modest dress is required at all times.

- Shirts must have at least three-quarter length sleeves.

- Shorts and cut-offs are only allowed during swim time.

- Hair must be cut above the collar and ears—no “fad” haircuts (e.g., shaved sides with long tops).

- Clean, casual clothing is expected for evening services.
Girls:

- Modest dress is required at all times.

- Shirts must have at least three-quarter length sleeves.

- Casual dresses should be worn to all functions.

- No pants, shorts, slits, low necklines, or tight/see-through clothing.

- Dresses and skirts must extend below the calf.
Electronics and Jewelry

- The following items are not allowed during the camp week: cell phones, walkie-talkies, iPods, electronic games, or jewelry of any kind.
Camper Responsibilities

- Campers are expected to participate in camp duties, including grounds maintenance and general cleanup.
Behavior Expectations

- Foul language, disrespect, consistent misbehavior, or leaving camp property without permission may result in dismissal.

- Parents/guardians will be responsible for promptly picking up any camper dismissed for behavioral reasons.
Health and Safety

- Campers with a fever within three days of camp should not attend.

- Campers with head lice will not be admitted. If diagnosed during camp, they must be picked up immediately.

- Campers allergic to bee stings must bring their own anti-venom kit—none will be available on site.

- Prescription medications must be in original containers and clearly labeled.

- Please ensure your child brings any routine allergy or prescription medications they require.
Departure Information

- Campers must be picked up on Thursday, July 31st, no later than 10:00 a.m. Prompt pickup is essential.

Note: There are no laundry facilities available to campers. Please bring several changes of clothes for one week. Be sure to put your name on ALL of your personal items.
* A Camp “Banker” will be available to deposit your child’s spending money.
Camper can withdraw $ as needed. This helps prevent lost and missing money.
